I recently stayed at Hotel Santa Fe in the Galapagos Islands for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The hotel's layout was great, with spacious rooms and a balcony overlooking the pool. Its location was perfect - close enough to the main part of town, yet peaceful and quiet. I especially loved how convenient it was to access Tortuga Bay. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to lots of good restaurants. It's also close to turtle beach and very close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area without any noise from the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice. The service is friendly and helpful, as seen by the receptionist offering assistance with bank wire transfers and laundry. The breakfast is good, with options like eggs, coffee, bread, cheese, sausage. The outdoor swimming pool is a refreshing feature, and they even provide free snorkeling equipment.

There is no telephone in the room, which means no option to communicate with the reception without going to the desk.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Fe for 3 nights, celebrating a friend's birthday. The junior suite was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even surprised our friend with a personalized complimentary gift! The hotel had great dining and drink recommendations, and the mini bar in the suite was included with free tea and coffee by the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff were very helpful. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning and fresh towels, as well as the convenient location near the main streets and restaurants.

The sitting area and terrace were great for relaxing, and the garden furniture added a nice touch. The toiletries provided were high quality, and the flat-screen TV was a nice addition. The dining options were great, with in-room breakfast and a snack bar available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, and the outdoor sun terrace was a great place to soak up the sun. We also enjoyed the leisure and TV room, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great location close to town center and Tortuga Bay entrance, modern rooms with AC and fridge, and pool for relaxation. The half-day transfer + tour of the highlands is highly recommended and the day tours to nearby islands make the experience hassle-free.

Basic breakfast with ants on bananas and shower in our room overflowed and flooded the bedroom. Despite the cleanliness and friendly staff, the basic breakfast and shower issues suggest that it might not be worth the price.

We loved the hotel's prime location, just a short walk away from the bustling main street but still tucked away on a peaceful and quiet street. It was the perfect balance. Our Easter stay was hampered by construction noise from early in the morning. We also found that the prices for tours offered by the hotel were much higher than others in the area.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to Parque San Francisco, Charles Darwin street, and the breathtaking Tortuga Bay. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast with cooked-to-order eggs. The pool courtyard was lovely and provided a nice place to cool off at the end of the day. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the main street, so we were close to everything without being in the noisy hubbub.
