Single travelers rejoice!
I really liked the secluded feel of the courtyard, almost feels like a paradise away from the chaos. Breakfast was insane, they had the best hot rolls served fresh to your table every morning! It’s these small details that really made my stay special.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but worth every penny.

I wish I had stayed longer.

The courtyard at Santa Fe is lovely, providing a beautiful space to relax. The breakfast options were impressive, especially the hot rolls served at the table. A great touch! The room in the Standard Double Room was spacious, and the AC worked like a charm during the hot days. The staff provided a convenient airport shuttle, making arrival and departure stress-free. However, the room's noise insulation could improve. sounds from the street were distracting at night. Additionally, access to laundry services was a plus, but it would have been helpful if the staff were more proactive in sharing information about nearby tours, which I learned about only after asking a lot of questions. Overall, a comfortable stay, but with a few tweaks, it could really shine.

Wow, what an amazing stay! The complimentary mini bar and snacks were a delightful surprise, and I loved the lovely breakfast with fresh options. The only downside was that the room didn’t fully isolate noise from outside, but overall it was still a great experience. I'd definitely return!

The hotel offered a cozy atmosphere, and the clean rooms felt refreshing after a long day of exploring the islands. My kiddo loved playing by the pool while we enjoyed coffee and water refill stations that helped reduce plastic waste. Byron and Marco were super friendly and accommodating.
In my wife’s opinion, if the staff could improve their communication, it would make planning family outings smoother.

A Tranquil Gem in Puerto Ayora
I had a wonderful three-night stay at this charming boutique spot. The recently renovated deluxe room was spacious, equipped with a fridge, and came with complimentary snacks. I loved the little pool in the cozy courtyard which was a perfect retreat after exploring. The staff was accommodating, helping with early check-in and even storing our luggage while we went on a cruise. The only thing I wished was that the breakfast could have more variety.
